This policy explains how Falcon Private Chauffeur GmbH ("we") processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

What we collect and why

When you submit a booking request we process the details you provide — name, contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, travel details, and any special requirements — solely to arrange, perform and invoice the requested transfer. Corporate billing details are processed to issue invoices. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Hosting and technical data

This website is served as static files. Our hosting provider processes technical access data (IP address, user agent, requested pages) in server logs to operate and secure the service. Fonts are self-hosted; no requests are made to third-party font or analytics services.

Retention

Booking data is kept for the duration required by Swiss commercial and tax law (10 years for accounting records) and deleted afterwards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data and object to its processing at any time by writing to reservations@falcon-vip.ch.
