These terms govern transfer bookings with Falcon Private Chauffeur GmbH.

Booking and confirmation

A booking request submitted through this website becomes binding once we confirm it by email. Fares for listed places are fixed at booking; fares for free-form addresses are estimates until confirmed in the booking confirmation.

Payment

Payment is made in the vehicle, in cash or by card. The confirmed fare includes all luggage, tolls and 60 minutes of waiting time at the airport.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full fare.

Delays

Flights are monitored in real time and pickups adjusted to the actual arrival at no extra cost. For other pickups, waiting time beyond 15 minutes may be charged.

Liability

We carry statutory passenger transport insurance. Liability for indirect or consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
